Quiet Title/ Quia Timet Actions - We file many actions to correct title issues and so that property purchased at tax sales can be insured. In Georgia, we service Dade, Catoosa, Walker, Whitfield, Murray, Gordon and Chattooga counties. We also serve Hamilton County, Tennessee.

Foreclosure of Right to Redeem/ Barment - We handle barment of redemption after tax sales. We handle this separately and in conjunction with quiet title actions.

Company Formation - We set up your corporation, limited liability company, partnership and non-profit corporation. We greatly enjoy advising clients about how best to handle starting a business, besides just the transactional work. We also help with terminating these entities.
